Pure Yoga

Pure Yoga, named “Best Yoga” in 2009 and 2010 by New York Magazine, wanted to create an email campaign that targeted members based on their level of engagement over a 30 day period of time.

Using a series of queries to calculate Member participation over a 30 and 60 day period, I developed a campaign of automated emails that generated rewards to members whose class participation increased over that period of time and sent incentivized emails to members who became less engaged over that period of time to attend classes at a discounted rate.

Through this email campaign, customer retention increased 40% and class participation rose by nearly 50%.
